Almaty. July 19. Opening ceremony of a new building of court and prosecutor’s office took place in Alatau district of Almaty. Akim of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yesimov took part in the ceremony. It is a four-storey building located at 26 Zhankozha Batyr Street in “Shanyrak- 2” micro district. Its area is 3090 square meters. Almaty. July 16. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has taken part in the opening ceremony of “Ak Kent” residential estate in Almaty today. Its area is 44 hectares. 89 houses will be built there. Besides, there will be school, two kindergartens, hospitals, shops and sports complexes. Construction of the residential estate is financed by “Samruk Kazyna” National Welfare Fund” JSC. Presentation of the first group of rolling stocks manufactured by the South Korean Company Hyundai for the underground of Almaty took place today in the electrodepot Almatymetrokurylys. The Arboretum covering the area of 73 ha is planned to become a basis of formation of the natural-ecological framework of the city. Almaty. July 9. A session devoted to the Day of Tax Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in Almaty. Akim of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yesimov took part in the session. As Akim noted, Almaty provides over 28 percent of all state budget and 30 percent of the republican budget. Besides, A.Yesimov noted good work of Almaty tax specialists. Tax services of Almaty increased local budget revenues by KZT 13 bln for the first half of the year. These funds will be spent for repair of 20 kindergartens and 13 healthcare institutions as well as for construction and repair of roads, provision of gas supply to micro districts in Alatau, Auezov and Turksib districts of the southern capital of the country.  »»

Almaty. June 25. On the threshold of the Asian Games 2011 a new hotel was opened in Almaty. Akim of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yesimov checked readiness of the hotel for reception of guests of the grandiose sport event of the international significance. New hotel belongs to the world group Golden Tulip Hospitality Group. It is the fourth hotel of the network Royal Tulip Luxury Hotels and the first in the territory of the Central Asia. Almaty. June 25. Akim of Almaty took part in a ceremony of opening of a memorial tablet to the honored worker of science and public figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokmukhamed Sadykov. Opening ceremony was held in the Almaty National Pedagogical University named after Abay.
